Lexi brings 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, complemented by a Certificate of Culinary from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. She has previously worked with our culinary teams at Frasca Food and Wine and Sunday Vinyl. Most recently, she was the Assistant General Manager at Cholon before rejoining our team.
